West Ham submit bid for fresh target – Hammers want to take player ?immediately to London?

They don’t mention about Feyenoord or the player?s response after the Hammers made an offer. If there?s an agreement between all the parties, a deal could be carried out quickly since the Premier League side want to take Senesi immediately.
